Miami Heat Announces GTA 6 Takeover Night
The Miami Heat are dedicating a game to Grand Theft Auto 6 with a special court, uniforms, and merchandise.

The promotional campaign for Grand Theft Auto 6 is expanding into professional basketball, according to a recent report by Kotaku. The Miami Heat basketball team revealed plans for a special themed evening that will transform their venue and branding to match the fictional setting of Rockstar Games' upcoming title.
Scheduled for November 18, the event will see the team trade its usual identity for Vice City when hosting the Milwaukee Bucks. The fixture will feature a unique court design that has never been used before, alongside custom uniforms for the players.
A Major Promotional Push
Official announcements from the team describe the fixture as a historic partnership arriving just ahead of the video game launch. The game will also be broadcast live on ESPN, bringing the promotional crossover to a national television audience.
Supporters attending the arena can expect specialized activities throughout the venue and exclusive merchandise. The team store has already begun selling themed apparel, including hats and T-shirts, though certain items have already sold out online.
Signs Across Miami
The basketball arena has been a focal point for enthusiasts in recent weeks as construction crews built a large 'Welcome to Vice City' sign on top of the complex. The installation was recently completed and illuminated at night.
Grand Theft Auto 6 is scheduled to launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox platforms on November 19.
