Does the OnePlus 15 have a headphone jack?

No

There is no 3.5mm headphone jack. Wired headphones need a USB-C adapter or USB-C headphones.

Wirelessly it runs Bluetooth 6.0 with aptX HD, aptX Adaptive and LHDC, so good headphones can be fed at close to their full quality. Wired, an adapter goes into the USB Type-C 3.2 port it charges on.
