Does the Xiaomi Poco F9 Ultra have a headphone jack?

No

There is no 3.5mm headphone jack. Wired headphones need a USB-C adapter or USB-C headphones.

Wirelessly it runs Bluetooth 6.0 with AptX HD, AptX Adaptive and LHDC, so good headphones can be fed at close to their full quality. Wired, an adapter goes into the USB Type-C 3.2 port it charges on. Out loud it has stereo speakers, with Dolby Atmos. Only 14 of the 134 devices tracked here still have a jack, among them Motorola Moto G Power (2025) and Asus ROG Phone 9.
