Microsoft Details Cloud Gaming Rates for Non-Subscribers
Microsoft has outlined standalone pricing for Xbox Cloud Gaming without requiring an active Game Pass subscription.

Players without a Game Pass subscription will soon be able to purchase direct access to Xbox Cloud Gaming, according to information released by Microsoft.
As first noted by GameSpot, the upcoming payment options are currently accessible solely through the Xbox Insider preview track. That program remains open to the public at no cost, allowing any interested player to enroll.
Launch Pricing Status
Microsoft specifically categorized the newly shared figures as introductory launch pricing. The designation indicates that the hourly costs could change after the initial testing and rollout phase concludes.
The move gives users who skip monthly Game Pass fees a way to stream titles individually, though Microsoft has yet to finalize whether these baseline rates will remain static over time.
